Bonsai
Bonsai is an extraordinary, lively and captivating trio. Bass clarinet, trombone and drums intertwine with humour and imagination. Bonsai sometimes transforms into a sensitive, delicate little plant, sometimes the band rages like a whipping willow. Melancholic melodies and wild improvisations blossom on fertile ground of driving rhythms and dazzling harmonies.
New Faces is the newcomer series in the Jazz-Schmiede and presents young talents twice a month and perhaps the big names of tomorrow!
