International Jazz Day / Jazz into May Special

On the Tuesday before 1 May and to mark International Jazz Day, a special concert instead of the regular jam session!
The Cologne band Luciel plays handmade songs with plenty of soul, jazz and R&B flavours. Without many words, the four once discovered their shared affinity for good songs in which musical nostalgia and contemporary interpretation meet. So Luciel produced a highly acclaimed first album in the band's own studio. The release was followed by a nomination for the German Record Critics' Award, alongside US stars such as Chaka Khan and Solange Knowles. The band is currently presenting their 2nd album "from outside". Luciel is joined by singer Anikó Kanthak, with whom the band is friends.
